Job Description
Intake Specialist for a faith based Christian organization built on the foundation of changing the lives of United States Armed Forces Veterans in Conyers, Georgia. Job Requirements Schedule client appointments for case managers and/or CEO Serve as a friendly face and friendly voice of the company Submit new client names to CEO for invoicing Process paperwork for new clients efficiently and in accordance with protocols Obtain signatures and other required information from new clients Maintain CEO's calendar Evaluate prospective client inquiries, analyzing their case fit Maintain files until clients are assigned to a case manager Ability to navigate effectively through Hubspot CRM Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed Required Skills Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Software Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills Ability to console and advise distressed veterans Detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated ability to set priorities and organize work effectively and efficiently including developing and maintaining effective record-keeping systems Ability to compose correspondence, minutes and/or reports Preference will be given to candidates with US Armed Forces experience 40-50 wpm Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task Must be able to work 9:30am-3:30pm
