We are looking for a customer‑focused Global Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM) to manage the operational relationship with strategic global customers. In this role, you will ensure an outstanding customer experience by overseeing end‑to‑end operational delivery across Air and Sea Logistics, acting as the central operational contact and coordinating closely with internal teams. As a Global OKAM, you will also take a leading role within the account team, ensuring strong collaboration across Network OKAMs, OKAS, and operational stakeholders to support customer retention and growth. How you create impact Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with assigned key accounts through regular engagement and feedback Act as the main operational point of contact for strategic customers, beyond day‑to‑day operations Represent customer operational needs internally and ensure alignment across Air and Sea Logistics Clarify, coordinate, and formalize operational requirements in collaboration with relevant internal teams Manage operational escalations, including structurally complex issues and claims-related topics Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and continuous improvement through tailored operational solutions Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders Support the implementation of new business and operational changes by leveraging account knowledge and operational expertise Lead and coordinate the Operational Key Account Team assigned to the account, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and collaboration Proactively work with sales, operations, and customers to address performance issues and implement corrective actions Perform customer‑specific operational analysis and support compliance with regulatory requirements What we would like you to bring Strong experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations, within Air Logistics and/or Sea Logistics Proven experience managing operational relationships with complex, multinational customers Solid understanding of import/export processes, security requirements, and forwarding systems Experience working across multiple business units and countries in a matrix environment Strong customer relationship management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational improvements Project‑oriented approach with experience supporting operational or account‑related initiatives This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
