Job Description

Account Manager Locally owned and operated, NatureScapes is one of Atlanta's top ten commercial landscape companies specializing in maintenance, irrigation and floriculture services for multi-family and commercial properties. Since 1983, NatureScapes has provided these services to properties in 19 counties in metro Atlanta and North Georgia. As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team. Account Manager Summary As an account manager, you be the main point of contact between NatureScapes and our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and creating a strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will focus on maximizing revenue growth through ancillary sales, while providing oversight for field operations. You will insure that customer/company quality levels are being delivered. Responsibilities of an Account Manager Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers Develop and maintain a schedule to perform "site walkthroughs" during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns. Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers. Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services. Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public. Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate to Business Developer. Supervise the Production Specialist in conduct of field operations. Communicate regularly with the Production Specialist to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Manage service delivery to specified scope of work. Ensure branch financial goals met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services. Coordinate consistent and timely site visits with Production Specialist. Participate in branch meetings and assist Branch Manager in overall leadership of branch. Maintain satisfactory Accounts Receivable levels. Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Manager. Skills and Requirements Must have the ability to problem solve and take ownership of tough situations. Must be a self-starter and does not need specific direction for all work. Can develop a working knowledge of the goals and objectives of NatureScapes and its clients and can be both proactive and reactive with a sense of urgency. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in standard units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to read, communicate both written and orally, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, etc. in English Must have sufficient knowledge with use of Smartphone Technology such as iPhone or Android Competitive and results oriented Coachable/trainable Mid-level computer skills preferred or can be acquired. High school diploma or GED and (2) to (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Driving record must meet eligibility requirements to drive a NatureScapes vehicle Compensation and Benefit Package Salaried Position (paid biweekly) Provided company vehicle during working hours for commuting purposes Medical benefits ( Medical, vision, and Dental) Paid Vacation Bilingual is a plus
