Job Description

Inside Fleet Account Specialist (Ford & GM) Job Summary The Inside Fleet Account Specialist supports Ford and GM commercial, municipal, and government fleet accounts by managing the full lifecycle of vehicle orders—from initial inquiry through delivery and post-delivery support. This role serves as the primary internal point of contact for fleet clients and OEM programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-level customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned Ford and GM fleet, commercial, and government accounts Act as the internal liaison between fleet clients, dealership departments, and OEM fleet programs Prepare accurate quotes, availability updates, and program-based pricing using Ford Pro and GM Envolve tools Coordinate upfits, body companies, and third-party vendors Oversee compliance requirements for multi-unit and government deliveries Maintain communication with clients regarding order status, production, shipping, and delivery timelines Ensure all documentation aligns with OEM, lender, and regulatory requirements Work closely with accounting on invoicing, funding, floorplan, and OEM incentive processing Maintain organized and accurate records in CRM and dealership systems Support long-term fleet account retention and repeat business through consistent follow-up and service Qualifications Previous experience with Ford Pro and/or GM Envolve fleet operations desirable but not a requirement Knowledge of OEM fleet programs, incentives, and ordering processes desirable but not a requirement Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and OEM processes simultaneously Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dealership software desirable but not a requirement Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Work Environment Inside, office-based position Collaborative dealership setting High-volume, detail-driven workflow Why Join Us Established Ford & GM fleet business with repeat commercial and government clients Competitive compensation structure aligned with performance Supportive leadership and cross-department collaboration Long-term growth opportunities within fleet and commercial operations
