Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions. Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new leads and expand existing accounts. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that support business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical sales, and customer service to deliver comprehensive solutions. Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by analyzing client requirements and market trends. Maintain a deep understanding of our technology products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on customer relationship management. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales activities. Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telemarketing, and business development efforts. Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to clients. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
