Overview As an Account Manager in Personal Lines, you'll deliver more than service, you'll guide clients through key decisions, manage renewals independently, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage. You'll use your expertise to simplify complexity, strengthen relationships, and contribute to growth, all within a collaborative environment that values initiative and continuous improvement. How you'll make an impact Own a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, delivering high-quality, relationship-driven service and coverage guidance. Independently manage renewals, review policies, update details, and deliver accurate, timely solutions. Build strong relationships by simplifying complex coverage and enabling confident client decisions. Conduct risk-focused conversations to identify exposures and recommend appropriate solutions. Strengthen accounts by identifying gaps and supporting cross-sell and rounding opportunities. Support remarketing efforts to secure optimal coverage and pricing aligned to client needs. Resolve moderately complex inquiries with sound judgment, balancing speed, accuracy, and client impact. Deliver a consistent, people-first experience through strong communication and technical expertise. Use digital tools and evolving platforms to drive efficient, smarter service About You Here's what you'll bring to the role: 1-3 years' experience in insurance or client service, managing Personal Lines accounts independently. Active P&C license with solid knowledge of coverage, liability, and underwriting fundamentals. Strong product expertise with ability to clearly explain complex coverage concepts. Client-focused, able to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Clear communicator who translates technical details into simple, actionable insights. Skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality. Strong problem-solver, handling moderately complex needs with sound judgment. Adaptable and tech-savvy, leveraging tools to improve efficiency and service. Proactively identifies opportunities to add value and support account growth.
