What You'll Do As a Retirement Services Relationship Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and plan participants, helping them understand and plan for retirement with confidence. This role blends client relationship management, education, and financial planning support within a collaborative banking environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retirement plan clients and participants Deliver tailored retirement and financial planning guidance Provide one-on-one retirement investment consultations and employee education Support retirement plan compliance and respond promptly to client inquiries Assist with plan design, administration, and ongoing service needs Maintain working knowledge of retirement plan services and investment products Identify opportunities to expand and deepen existing client relationships Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements through training and professional development What Success Looks Like Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their retirement decisions Strong relationships lead to repeat engagement and referral opportunities Retirement plans are serviced accurately, compliantly, and on time You grow your expertise and long-term career within the bank What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything on day one.
