Position Overview Artistree Landscaping is seeking an experienced, motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. This leadership position serves as the primary connection between our clients, field operations, and company leadership to ensure exceptional service, quality, operational excellence, and profitable growth. You will serve as the primary client contact, working closely with company leadership and field teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and according to the Artistree Standard. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits Respond promptly to client requests, concerns, and service inquiries Develop a thorough understanding of client goals, expectations, budgets, and property needs Conduct routine site inspections and provide proactive recommendations for property improvements internally and externally Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, service requests and site visits Operations & Quality Management Ensure all contracted services are delivered on schedule and according to the Artistree Standard Conduct regular quality inspections and document findings utilizing company software Work closely with Enhancements Manager, Crew Leaders and Operations to improve performance and address deficiencies Assist with scheduling priorities, job sequencing, and operational planning Monitor labor, materials, and production performance to support profitability goals Support implementation of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards Estimating and Account Development Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial landscape maintenance contracts, contract renewals, enhancement projects, irrigation improvements, and supplemental services Perform site visits, property evaluations, measurements, and quantity takeoffs to develop scopes of work and pricing Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Enhancement teams to ensure estimates accurately reflect labor, materials, equipment, and production requirements Develop and present proposals to existing clients and prospective clients in a professional and timely manner Identify opportunities to improve property performance, appearance, and long-term value through enhancement recommendations and proposals Support company growth through commercial maintenance contract acquisition and existing account expansion Monitor & track awarded work to ensure scope, budget, and client expectations are successfully executed Leadership & Team Development Demonstrate Artistree's Core Values through daily leadership and interactions Support Artistree personnel through coaching, mentoring, and performance development Assist with employee training, onboarding, and ongoing development initiatives Promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement Foster a positive culture focused on safety, quality, and client satisfaction Safety & Compliance Support and reinforce all company safety programs and policies Conduct safety observations and assist with safety training initiatives Ensure compliance with company procedures, OSHA standards, and applicable regulations Promote safe work practices and proper equipment operation Administrative & Financial Responsibilities Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using company software & systems Monitor account performance, budgets, and profitability metrics to ensure profitable execution of contracts Assist with labor and material budget management Support billing accuracy and timeliness by reviewing and confirming accuracy of services provided and work performed Coordinate information flow between clients, field teams, and support staff Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of landscape industry experience required Minimum 2+ years of account management, operations management, crew leadership, sales leadership or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices Proven ability to build, maintain and grow professional client relationships Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workflows Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong attention to detail Experience with enhancement sales and proposal development preferred Proficiency with landscape equipment and software systems (Aspire, Jobber, LMN, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) or Google Workspace Valid driver's license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to walk properties and job sites regularly Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds as needed/occasionally Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout all seasons Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment when needed What We Offer $65,000-$80,000 salary (depending on experience) + Performance Bonuses Company Vehicle and Fuel Card Cell Phone Allowance PTO & Holiday Pay Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Ongoing Leadership Development & Training Working with a growing company committed to doing business the right way
