At Home Instead, the Client Relations Manager is one of the most important roles we have — you are the face of our mission from the very first call. The Role As a Client Relations Manager, you'll conduct Care Consultations, develop personalized care plans, lead Care Pro introductions, and conduct quality assurance visits — all while serving as a steadfast advocate for clients and their families throughout their care journey. What You'll Do Respond to incoming inquiries and conduct compassionate, consultative Care Consultations. Develop individualized care plans and convert consultations into active care starts. Lead Care Pro introductions and conduct ongoing quality assurance visits. Maintain consistent communication with clients and families throughout the care relationship. Document all touchpoints accurately in WellSky and update care plans as needs evolve. What We're Looking For Experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, or social work. Natural relationship-builder with strong listening and communication skills. Consultative approach — you know how to guide and connect, not just pitch. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients at once. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client homes.
