Equipment Associate (Construction Equipment Rental)Join Our Team We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Equipment Associate to join our growing construction equipment rental team in Crystal Lake, IL . This is a hands-on position preparing trench safety and shoring equipment for rental, maintaining our equipment yard, and ensuring our customers receive clean, safe, job-ready equipment. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that keeps construction projects moving, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Inspect rental equipment as it is returned from jobsites Clean and pressure wash trench boxes, hydraulic shoring, road plates, and related equipment Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs Load and unload customer and delivery trucks using forklifts and lifting equipment Prepare equipment for outgoing rentals Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient equipment yard Assist drivers and warehouse personnel as needed Follow all company safety procedures What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in all seasons Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ pounds Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Forklift experience is a plus (training available) Construction, equipment rental, landscaping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Why Join Us?
