Job Description

Payment Poster Location:
2491 Industrial Court, Highland, IL 62249 ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Payment Poster to join our team! With a patient-centered approach, we are recognized as one of Entrepreneur Magazine's top franchises. If you're dedicated, detail-oriented, and excited to work in the healthcare industry, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately post all insurance and patient payments by line item Understanding the contract reimbursement rates that exist between ApexNetwork Physical Therapy and the insurance companies Ability to read and interpret an insurance explanation of benefits Basic understanding of facility secretary's role Ensure all payments are posted timely with a goal of zero errors Responsible for balancing daily deposits between practice management software and bank account(s)

High attention to detail Ability to remain organized under deadlines Strong data entry skills Passion and dedication to personal growth and the growth of Apex Excellent written and verbal communication skills
