We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support our customers by coordinating projects, managing account details, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to building strong client relationships while helping customers solve operational challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Provide customers with updates on orders, production schedules, and project status while resolving inquiries quickly and effectively. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, pricing, and account information within the ERP system. Review quotes and estimates, monitor pricing accuracy, and coordinate product specifications, engineering changes, and order requirements. Work closely with Scheduling, Production, and Shipping teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations. Assist with reporting on key metrics, onboarding/training new team members, and troubleshooting account issues when needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or inside sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Product experience in motion technology, automation components, mechanical systems, or related industrial products preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and diverse workplace.
