This role requires a deep understanding of customer business models, proactive engagement, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to exceed client expectations and achieve organizational objectives.

Strategic Account Management:
Serve as the principal liaison for designated key accounts, developing comprehensive account strategies to maximize long-term business opportunities.
Relationship Development:
Build and sustain influential relationships with key decisionmakers, stakeholders, and influencers within customer organizations.
Business Growth:
Identify, develop, and execute initiatives to expand product penetration and revenue within assigned accounts, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Account Planning:
Formulate and implement detailed account plans, incorporating customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive account performance.
Customer Advocacy:
Represent the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution:
Lead the resolution of customer concerns, facilitating timely and effective solutions through internal coordination and communication.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze account performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Contract Negotiation:
Oversee negotiation of commercial agreements, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial outcomes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Market Intelligence:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the customer base.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the electronics, manufacturing, or technology sectors.

What You'll Need:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Compensation range of $100-125k annually. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors Participation in the annual bonus program. 401(k) with company match.
