Job Description

We're looking for a Waste Handling Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure operational excellence in facilities management. This is a strategic role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving account growth, and maintaining compliance across a large industrial site.
Compensation:
$100,006.40 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in FM tools (CAFM, CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong partnerships. Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring quality and compliance with SLAs. Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for assigned accounts. Identify opportunities for service enhancements and account expansion. Lead and mentor on-site teams and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standard
