New Customer Account Setup/Update Existing Accounts Assist Customers With Product Information, Pricing & Orders Maintain Professionalism & Provide Assistance With Inquiries Analyze Customer Needs & Provide Appropriate Solutions Learn Business Basics & Management Strategies Since it is an entry-level role, the duties are mainly handling customer and client facing aspects, however, as someone progresses they are expected to learn a full entrepreneurship skill set. This includes how to run meetings, financial responsibility, training, networking and more.
