Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a leading law firm in Chicago to hire a Client Development Manager. This is a strategic, high-visibility role serving as a trusted advisor to attorneys and firm leadership, leading pitches/RFPs and driving client growth and relationship expansion. What You'll Do Partner with attorneys and practice leaders to drive client growth Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies Lead pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from concept through delivery Identify opportunities for client expansion, cross-selling, and new business Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support growth initiatives Drive visibility through thought leadership, events, and industry engagement Support high-impact client meetings and presentations Provide leadership and guidance to junior team membersQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of marketing/business development experience in a law practice or legal services environment Experience supporting litigation practices and working with attorneys/partners.
