Job Description

Yellowstone Landscape seeks an Assistant Account Manager to support commercial landscape construction and maintenance projects. Partnering with Account Managers, you'll help coordinate crews, schedules, and materials for HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties. Responsibilities include site walks, documentation, reporting, and client communication. You'll help ensure safety, quality, and budget goals are met while learning project management, estimating, and landscape operations in a hands-on, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Support Account Managers in coordinating commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects for HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and materials to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery Conduct site walks with supervisors to monitor quality, safety compliance, and scope adherence Prepare and track work orders, change orders, and project documentation in company systems Communicate with clients and internal teams to relay updates, resolve issues, and support strong relationships Compile reports on project progress, costs, and productivity for leadership review Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and proposals for new and existing accounts Support safety programs through toolbox talks, inspections, and reporting Coordinate with vendors for materials, deliveries, and service needs Collaborate with operations teams to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and jobsite performance Required Skills Project coordination Construction administration Commercial landscaping knowledge Basic estimating and takeoffs Scheduling and resource planning Client communication Microsoft Office or similar software Work order and documentation management Safety awareness and OSHA basics Vendor and subcontractor coordination
