This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and retention of key multi-business customers, driving organic growth and strengthening our presence across various corporate locations. As the face of Welch Packaging Group to our customers, you will play a vital role in fostering long-term relationships and expanding our market reach.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing multi-business customer accounts to drive sales growth. Assist in onboarding at least two impactful new multi-business customer accounts annually. Expand current customer accounts by exploring new opportunities and additional locations to increase revenue. Participate actively in quarterly review processes with customers to assess performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience 3-5 years in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to customer service and a passion for driving business growth.

Strong written and oral communication. Organization and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management. Systems analysis. Mathematical and deductive reasoning. Critical thinking.
