Position:
As the Account Operations Specialist I, you will perform the functions required to support lending and deposit lines of business. You will also interface with internal and external customers to ensure a great customer experience.
What You Will Do:
Perform loan boarding/servicing functions, imaging documents, lien perfection for various collateral types, while providing internal and external customer service. Perform reviews of newly opened accounts and maintenance on existing deposit accounts. Assist with customer calls. Identify problems or errors in documentation and resolve with the appropriate party. Process incoming physical payments and payoffs. Meet performance goals for accuracy, productivity and customer service. Work as a team to support other Operations personnel to ensure all processes and services are completed on time and accurately. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
High School degree required, some college preferred. A minimum of one year of experience boarding or servicing commercial and consumer loan packages for various loan types preferred. A minimum of one year of operational and customer service experience in a bank setting preferred. Previous experience with vehicle titles preferred. Strong administrative skills, including computer/word processing skills.
Working Conditions/Demands:
Professional office setting. Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information as well as effectively utilize a remote support staff.
