$55,000 annually with opportunity to earn performance

Mid America Health is growing, and we are seeking a Full-Time Account Manager to join our School Smiles team in Greenwood, Indiana. The Account Manager serves as a key liaison between School Smiles and our partnering schools and school districts. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong school relationships, supporting program participation, coordinating program needs, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow School Smiles within assigned territories. This is a full-time, onsite position in our Greenwood, IN office. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools and school districts. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with school administrators, nurses, and other key contacts. Support schools throughout the year to ensure a positive and successful School Smiles partnership. Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts regarding clinic schedules, student participation, program needs, and upcoming events. Work closely with internal scheduling, operations, and clinical teams to coordinate services and address school needs. Monitor account activity and proactively follow up with schools to support participation and program success. Identify opportunities to increase student enrollment and grow the School Smiles program within existing accounts. Assist with outreach efforts, school events, registration initiatives, and other activities designed to increase program awareness and participation. Maintain accurate account information, communication records, and required follow-up. Qualifications The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and relationship-driven. This position requires someone who can confidently manage multiple accounts and priorities while providing exceptional service to both our school partners and internal teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and responsibilities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional when navigating challenges. Proficiency with standard office technology and the ability to learn new software and systems. Associate degree.
