The Specifics:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required). 1-2 years of customer service or collections experience. Proficient with computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools. Valid driver's license with a clean record (minimal moving violations in the last three years).
