We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can provide excellent customer service while supporting daily office tasks.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls Update Customer Information Place customer orders Answer Customer emails Make outbound collection and payment reminder calls to customers Perform customer follow-up and account check-ins Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
