The creator space moves fast, and you're the kind of person who's already tracking where it's headed. Reporting to the Director of Influencer Strategy & Operations, you will own the client relationship, turn strategic ideas into campaigns that deliver results, and push our thinking forward rather than just executing what's already been decided. You'll be goaled on client satisfaction, retention, account growth and health - not just flawless execution. This role is for someone who wants to test new approaches, defend the strategy when it matters, and take full ownership of outcomes that keep our clients coming back again and again. This role is perfect for someone focused on both execution and ownership, push the envelope on new ideas, stay ahead of a space that never stops changing, and drive alignment across a growing team. What You'll Do Serve as the client's day-to-day point of contact and main "go-to," leading client discussions with clarity and confidence, backed by a clear point of view and best practices. Take strategic ideas from concept to execution, championing new approaches with the team and client, and owning the follow-through that turns a great idea into a live campaign. Own campaign plans end-to-end, tying every recommendation back to client objectives and KPIs; develop strategic rationales and POVs, push back on creative recommendations when they don't serve the strategy, and pitch new approaches worth testing when you see an opportunity. Stay closely tuned to creator and platform trends as they happen, translating what you're seeing into innovative ideas and differentiators that keep us a step at the forefront of the industry. Own the communication channels for your accounts, leading client check-ins, updates, follow-up summaries, QBRs, and internal syncs so both sides always know where things stand. Own recurring performance reporting against client KPIs, translating results into a clear narrative on what's working and what's next, not just a summary of what happened. Provide direction on organizing and streamlining project workflows, schedules, briefs, and management sheets, and step in to fix gaps or inefficiencies as they surface. Bring a solution-driven mindset to the account, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen the client relationship, increase account stickiness, and improve internal workflows and processes. Leverage and operationalize AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, from research and reporting to campaign development, and look for ways to apply them more broadly to drive efficiency across workflows and elevate our service level to clients. Own hard-cost creator trackers and budget control reports to ensure financial accuracy and internal margin goals are met, follow up with finance, and lead discussions around creator compensation negotiation and campaign budgets. Treat retention as a daily discipline, proactively identifying risk signals and building the kind of trust and results that make renewal a formality. Drive alignment across the creator team, ensuring Account Coordinators and Sr. Account Coordinators are set up to execute against the account strategy with clarity and confidence. Partner closely with the paid amplification team to build a cohesive, cross-functional working relationship, ensuring you can speak confidently to the full program holistically, not just the organic workstream. Manage multiple clients and competing deadlines, proactively communicating risks and keeping stakeholders ahead of any changes. Ensure the team is aligned on priorities and equipped to execute confidently; present wrap reports and updates internally and externally with clarity and professionalism. Requirements 3 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations or a related agency role. Hands-on familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a creator partnership or brand marketing perspective. Experience using Sprout Social or a comparable platform is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to write persuasive briefs, POVs, and reports, and present confidently to clients. Track record of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with minimal oversight, including team mentorship or delegation experience. Able to tie campaign performance back to client business objectives; comfortable owning budget trackers and financial reconciliation. Understands full funnel performance metrics; comfortable discussing conversion, ROAS, and revenue impact, and connecting creator activity to real business outcomes. Has experience translating a creator strategy into a performance engine. Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. You stay on top of details, flag blockers early, and follow through without being chased. A low-ego, team-first mindset. You are energized by collaboration, comfortable asking questions, and confident in taking ownership of your work. Analytical experience in pulling data and spotting patterns. Expertise with Excel or Google Sheets is expected; experience with BI reporting tools like DOMO is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Genuinely obsessed with the creator space, constantly tracking trends and platform shifts with a real desire to keep learning. Adaptable by nature, comfortable with a space that never sits still, and ready to evolve with it. Who We Are Trevant is a creator marketing agency built for brands that need more than a campaign. They need a system that justifies the investment. We came up in performance media. We ran hundreds of millions in paid social spend before most agencies knew what attribution meant. When the creator economy took off, we didn't chase it. We applied the same operational rigor — vetting, attribution, brand safety, efficiency — to a channel that needed it. The result is creator marketing that performs like your best paid channel. Creative ambition that earns attention. Infrastructure that makes that attention compound into outcomes. Every campaign, fully accountable. Trevant is a subsidiary of Fluent, a commerce media solutions provider connecting top-tier brands with highly engaged consumers. Benefits At Trevant, we celebrate successes, value teamwork, and foster a vibrant, inclusive culture. In addition to offering the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing creator performance marketing agency, we provide: Competitive compensation packages Career advancement and professional development opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer matching Opportunities to participate in volunteer and philanthropic activities Fun and educational team events, including catered lunches, team outings, and wellness initiatives Salary Range $85,000-$115,000 base salary plus a competitive incentive compensation plan tied to performance.
