Summary Job Summary:
 Will work with the Patient Financial Services team to accurately process and post payments received from insurance companies and patients. Job duties will include electronic and manual insurance remittance posting from EOB's, posting of patient payments received through the mail, and posting of miscellaneous payments received in the Business Office. Additionally, this position will also be cross trained to provide department coverage for front office Patient Financial Services staff as needed.
Qualifications:
 Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Candidates will be organized, motivated and reliable. Must be able to handle a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of work completed. Candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Critical thinking, basic accounting, computer skills, and ability to operate a 10 key calculator are all necessary for success in this position. Familiarity with insurance payment documents (EOB's and ERA's) is preferred, but not required. Customer service skills must be excellent.
