This is a full-time, field-based role that centers on conducting in-person consultations with business owners to assist them in navigating their professional service options. The position is designed for individuals who value a structured environment, offering comprehensive initial training and a long-term mentorship program. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds including retail, hospitality, or general customer service as no previous industry-specific experience is necessary to succeed. What You'll Do Conduct face-to-face consultative meetings with local decision-makers. Educate business owners and their teams on available service programs. Cultivate and sustain professional partnerships within the community. Manage a calendar of scheduled appointments and follow-up activities. Ensure a high level of ongoing support for all client accounts. Engage in daily professional development and leadership coaching. What We're Looking For Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport-building skills. A self-disciplined, coachable mindset with a drive for professional growth. Reliable work ethic and a professional business presence. Previous experience in a client-facing or service role is a plus, but not required. Valid driver's license is essential for local travel to client sites. Ability to complete the professional licensing process (full guidance provided). Compensation:

Performance-based | Target first year earnings $41,130 - $77,963+ , depending on performance.
