What You'll Do Here Lead client relationships focused on long-term growth and satisfaction Serve as the senior contact for communication and issue resolution Guide account planning and align projects with client goals Manage account budgets and forecasts Write scopes and proposals with project and department leads Spot risks or new opportunities early and suggest clear next steps Mentor Account Managers and Associate Account Managers Partner with Strategy, Creative and Media teams to deliver integrated work Represent the agency in meetings and presentations We Need a Person With Confident under deadlines with several active projects Strategic thinker who solves problems quickly and clearly Anticipates client needs and provides practical ideas Experienced in writing proposals and managing resources Strong communicator who earns client trust Supportive leader who develops team members Understands budgeting and account performance Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field 5-7 years of account management experience Proven record leading large accounts or several projects at once Experience with integrated campaigns and digital platforms Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot and Google Workspace preferred Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
