Account Manager

APHIX is now taking applications and resumes for an Account Manager position. Grow your career with a Top 100 Landscaping Company known for its great teams, strong leadership, and top-tier service The basic function of the Account Manager is to be responsible for maintaining the relationship and communication with APHIX customers. Account Manager will work simultaneously with the Production Manager to ensure that all projects are completed within the allotted time frame, on schedule, within budget for materials, and in keeping with the quality standards of APHIX; these items will ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied with all work performed by APHIX. Account manager must have a strong work ethic, enjoy interacting with the public, management skills, decision-making skills, computer skills, and the ability to oversee multiple large commercial accounts. Account manager must enjoy interacting with people as clients are number one focus. Degree in horticulture or business management; or equivalent in industry experience required. Previous management is a plus but not required. Very competitive and above industry average compensation plan/salary. Responsibilities:

Manage all customer communication in a timely manner Achieve annual contract renewals Recommend proper horticulture procedures and property improvements Quickly respond and resolve customer problems and concerns to ensure quality expectations are satisfactory Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking

Compensation:

Commissions paid quarterly and annually No ceilings on sales goals Pay range listed in the job posting does include eligible commissions in one year Base salary is determined by experience

Proven experience in outside sales Ability to discuss landscape principles Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a team
