Job Description
We are hiring Entry Level Account Managers to support nonprofit fundraising and community outreach campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to build a career in account management, and wants hands-on experience in client relations, outreach, and campaign coordination. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns Serve as a point of contact for assigned fundraising accounts and initiatives Communicate campaign goals and share updates with community members and supporters Help drive engagement and participation in fundraising efforts Assist with event coordination, including setup, execution, and breakdown Work closely with team members to support account goals and outreach performance Maintain a professional, positive presence when interacting with the public Build relationships that strengthen long-term community and donor engagement Develop foundational skills in account management, communication, and client support What We're Looking For In an Entry Level Account Manager Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Comfortable engaging with people in face-to-face environments Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Ability to work independently and within a team setting Reliable transportation to local event locations Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, sales, or fundraising is a plus, but not required What We Offer Our Entry Level Account Managers Entry-level opportunity with clear growth potential into leadership roles Team-focused, supportive work environment Hands-on experience managing outreach campaigns and nonprofit accounts Opportunity to contribute to meaningful community-focused initiatives
