Full-Time About the Position PF Staffing Services is looking for a motivated and dependable Account Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and is eager to learn. While previous customer service experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees. Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email. Learn and use company software and systems to manage employee and client information. Keep digital records and documents organized and up to date. Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and employee support. Communicate professionally with potential and existing clients. Help negotiate staffing solutions with prospective clients. Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service and problem resolution. Qualifications Customer service or office experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized with good computer and documentation skills. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and self-motivated. Authorized to work in the United States. Must be willing to travel out of state for paid training (all travel expenses covered). What We Offer Paid training with all travel expenses covered.
