ACCOUNT MANAGER CANNABIS DISPENSARY JOB DESCRIPTION

Our team has collected and created elite strains with high cannabinoids and terpenes. Job Overview -General Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue-driving sales strategies and compliant marketing initiatives within the regulated cannabis industry. They will manage and develop relationships with retailers, dispensaries, and other business partners throughout Massachusetts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and is responsible for account performance, relationship development, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow the company's presence within the Massachusetts cannabis market.Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to expand existing account relationships and increase overall business
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, account executives, and brand representatives
- Forecast sales, manage pipelines, and track KPIs using CRM tools
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective business relationships and strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with creative teams on packaging, point-of-sale materials, and brand assets
- Guide product launches, go-to-market strategies, and promotional calendars
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with Massachusetts cannabis regulations
- Stay current on advertising restrictions, packaging laws, and licensing requirements
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to mitigate risk
- Partner with operations, cultivation/manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align demand and inventory
- Regularly visit assigned accounts throughout Massachusetts to strengthen relationships
- Represent the company professionally at dispensaries, cannabis industry events, meetings, and other business functions
- Monitor account activity, performance, inventory needs, product movement and market trends
- Ensure key accounts receive a consistently high level of service and support
- Develop partnerships that create long-term value for the company and it' customers Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in the cannabis industry (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing teams
- Deep understanding of cannabis market dynamics and regulations
