Job Description

Overview The Senior Territory Account Manager is a non-overtime eligible position that requires an experienced sales professional to cover a designated territory and manage corporate accounts. The Senior Territory Account Manager reports directly to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for selling products, managing accounts, and providing troubleshooting and diagnostic services. The salary range for this position is $137,500 to $231,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and other factors in accordance with applicable laws. Essential Functions Create yearly revenue growth by focusing on designated Corporate Accounts within the territory. Must grow and maintain diagnostic test kit business in defined geographic territories by planning and conducting cold calls, and emails to prospects and customers. Manage all sales-related administrative duties, such as entering leads into the CRM database and submitting expense reports, call activity reports, quotations, and sales contracts. Review sales reports to assess customer activity. Planning sales and business development opportunities, including supporting local sales and service teams. Personally contacts and secures major new business accounts at the corporate level. Must support all aspects of the products including product firmware, software, and other technical aspects of the product. Travel up to 50% within assigned territory. Sales team support may be required outside the territory. Trade show participation is required. Works closely to provide updates to the marketing department on competitive situations.
