The company provides comprehensive life safety solutions including design, installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance services across New England. Position Summary The Inside Cold Caller / Upsell Specialist will focus on outbound outreach to existing customers to introduce additional life safety services and identify upsell opportunities. This role is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, identifying unmet compliance or service needs, and generating incremental revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a metric-driven environment, is confident on the phone, and excels at delivering value-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to introduce additional service offerings and promotions Review customer accounts to identify upsell opportunities Deliver clear, value-focused messaging around compliance, safety, and ROI Overcome objections using strong communication and problem-solving skills Accurately document activity and outcomes in CRM Meet or exceed monthly performance and revenue targets Partner with external sales team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Stay informed on pricing, promotions, and product updates Daily Workflow Morning Call Block (2?3 hours) Call existing customer lists by territory Target facility managers, building owners, and safety leaders Primary goal: Secure appointments or follow-up conversations Midday Follow-Up (1 hour) Send recap emails with compliance checklists and next steps Afternoon Call Block (2 hours) Focus on warm leads and secondary targets Research accounts in CRM before dialing End-of-Day Wrap-Up (30 minutes) Log all activity in CRM Schedule follow-ups Prepare next day?s call plan Qualifications 1?3 years of inside sales, cold calling, or upselling experience preferred Strong verbal communication and phone presence Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics Comfortable handling objections professionally Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred Industry knowledge a plus (training provided) Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Active Filters Inside Cold Caller Upsell Speci...
