Our practice areas include estate planning, Medicaid planning, probate and trust administration. We also offer wealth management services. The main focus of our firm is building and nurturing relationships with our valued clients. We are looking for someone to join our tight knit team who is: Highly motivated by the impact they are making on client's lives A people person that enjoys interacting with clients An excellent communicator with strong listening skills A team player who is willing to assist with whatever is needed Organized with great attention to detail Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities:
Answer office phones Plan monthly seminars for clients and prospective new clients Maintain the company website Social media Schedule newsletter correspondence Meet with clients Onboard and maintain client accounts Execute client and firm tasks, such as asset transfers, preparation of reports, and general support of portfolio and investment strategies Maintain contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure follow-up action items are completed Assist in gathering and organizing client financial data, statements, and documents Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions Benefits Competitive compensation tailored to your skills and experience Paid vacation Health insurance IRA match Half day on
