Job Description

Manager of Client Training This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager of Client Training in the United States. This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling client training programs that directly influence onboarding success, product adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction. You will lead a training function focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences across multiple formats, ensuring clients gain maximum value from a complex SaaS platform. The position requires a balance of instructional design expertise, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and client success teams. You will play a key role in defining how customers learn, engage, and succeed throughout their journey. In a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will continuously improve training effectiveness using analytics and feedback. This is a high-impact role where learning strategy directly supports retention, growth, and client success outcomes.
Accountabilities:
Design, implement, and scale client training programs supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Training team, ensuring alignment with business and client needs Partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals Oversee learning management system (LMS) strategy, optimization, and content delivery processes Develop and refine curriculum design using modern learning approaches such as blended learning, microlearning, and virtual training Define KPIs, OKRs, and learning metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Use data and learner feedback to enhance training programs and identify areas for optimization Ensure all training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates and compliance requirements Manage training resources, external vendors, and budget planning as needed Introduce innovative learning technologies and methods to improve scalability and engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in training management, instructional design, or learning program leadership (SaaS experience preferred) Strong experience designing and delivering scalable training programs for clients or enterprise users Proven leadership experience managing and developing training or enablement teams Experience working with LMS platforms and learning analytics tools Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies including blended and digital learning strategies Ability to translate business and product goals into structured learning solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve learning outcomes Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%
