At Risk Placement Services (RPS) , we are seeking a Broker Account Executive to join our team of specialists. This role is critical in driving new business revenue while delivering tailored cyber insurance solutions to our clients. You ll lead a client service team, manage day-to-day account activities, and contribute to the success of accounts with varying complexities in the cyber insurance space. How you'll make an impact In this role, you ll be at the forefront of cyber risk management and insurance innovation.
You ll:
Develop and acquire new business revenue from both new and existing clients, focusing on cyber insurance solutions. Lead a client service team to ensure seamless account management and exceptional service delivery. Manage accounts with low to medium complexity while supporting senior executives in handling larger, more complex books of business. Oversee key processes and internal activities to ensure the delivery of client-facing services that address the unique challenges of cyber risk.
About You Required:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required. A passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of cyber risk and insurance. Expertise in cyber insurance products and solutions, with a focus on delivering tailored strategies. The ability to manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. A collaborative mindset to lead and support your team in achieving shared goals. Strong organizational skills to oversee day-to-day account management and deliver innovative solutions #LI-MS4 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
