Dealer Relationship Manager Prancer Capital Corp. is an indirect automotive lending company that purchases Retail Installment Contracts from automotive dealerships. Job Description The Dealer Relationship Manager is a dynamic position with limitless potential. As a Dealer Relationship Manager for Prancer Capital, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our current Automotive Dealer Partners, as well as acquiring new Dealer Partners. You will be responsible for familiarizing dealer staff with our program. This position plays a vital role in providing a high level of customer service and support to our Dealers as well as working closely with our internal team members. Job Duties Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing Dealer Partners. Generate applications and contracts from Dealers. Follow-up on approved applications. Address poor performing dealerships. Maintain an effective relationship with the Credit and Funding department and address any complex scenarios or issues that may arise. What We're Looking For 0-5 years of sales or auto finance experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic with a high level of activity. Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Must love closing deals and making a difference. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Compensation Uncapped earning potential with a base salary and monthly performance-based commission. Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) matching. This is a challenging and rewarding position.
