leading Well-Architected reviews, walking through architecture proposals, or running incident post-mortems with customer engineering teams. When something breaks, you coordinate across AWS service teams and communicate status to senior leadership in real time. Between customer sessions, you'll research emerging AWS services relevant to your accounts and collaborate with fellow TAMs on patterns across the national security space. Every customer environment is different, and the classified context keeps the work challenging. About the team AWS Enterprise Support is expanding to meet growing demand for cloud services in classified environments. You'll join a team of TAMs who specialize in national security accounts — a group that shares knowledge openly and holds each other to a high standard. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 2+ years of technical work experience
- Current, active
TS/SCI US
Government Security Clearance with Poly- Experience in DevOps Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
- Experience designing, building, operating, and managing large-scale distributed systems or web services
- Experience with mission-critical, 24x7 operations
- Experience recognizing a challenge and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
- 2+ years of professional work experience, or experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions
- Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more executive team member(s)
- Experience applying technical or operational expertise to identify, balance trade-offs, and solve difficult challenges
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead
