Earn $400,000+ annually Uncapped commissions (read that again no cap) Base salary + bonuses + full benefits PTO, holidays, health & life insuranceBasically:
if youre good, you get paid like it No Territories.....The world is your playground Wait what do you actually do? Glad you asked. Youll be the person who: Finds new business (yes, some good old-fashioned hunting) Talks to executives and decision-makers without breaking a sweat Walks into spaces and says, Yeah we can make this way better Builds custom AV solutions (think: sound systems, video conferencing, lighting, etc.) Works with engineers and estimators to win projects Closes deals and then keeps clients happy In short: you sell cool technology to people who need itand you get paid very well to do it. What kind of background helps? You dont need to know everything, but it helps if youve: Sold AV, IT, security, or B2B tech solutions Worked with clients in education, corporate, government, or healthcare Ever thought, I could definitely sell that better than this person The Money Talk (again, because it matters):OTE:
$75K - $400K+ Base + commission + bonuses No caps. No limits. No ceiling. If youre competitive, this is w things get interesting. What if I dont know AV? Thats w we come in. We offer a 1.5-year ramp-up program with: Training (real training, not good luck out t) Coaching Ongoing support from leadership Well teach you the productsyou bring the drive.
