Job Description
Customer Account Representative Vac Pac, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and support the successful execution of customer orders from receipt through shipment. This is more than a traditional customer service role. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to manage orders, monitor inventory requirements, coordinate product specifications, and ensure customer needs are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive communication and service. Process and manage customer orders, specifications, artwork requirements, and account information. Monitor inventory levels, ordering trends, and demand requirements to support timely order fulfillment. Coordinate customer requirements with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams. Track order status, resolve issues, and communicate updates to customers. Support new item setup, product changes, and special customer requests. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems. Assist with resolving customer concerns and product quality issues. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, order management, inside sales, or a similar role. Experience in manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or another business-to-business environment preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience using inventory management and order processing systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
