We are looking for a luxury sales professional who is polished, driven, and emotionally intelligent. Someone who loves people and beautiful spaces in equal measure. Someone who takes ownership without being asked, guides clients with confidence, and brings their absolute best to every interaction. This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding or constant direction. It is a role for someone who is ready to own something (A portfolio, a client relationship, a result) and run with it. If you thrive in a high-touch luxury environment, close with confidence, and communicate proactively without being chased, keep reading. This might be exactly what you have been looking for. Who Thrives Here? We have learned a lot about what makes someone exceptional in this role. The people who succeed at RMD share these traits: ✔They take ownership without being asked. The right person handles both with grace. ✔They grow on purpose. They seek feedback, implementit, and come back stronger. They celebrate wins and learn from losses. ✔They communicate proactively. The right Account Manager feels that and communicates it with genuine passion. The Role The Account Manager owns the full client journey from first consultation through final installation. You are RMD's brand ambassador, trusted advisor, and project owner in every interaction. What You'll Do Sales & Business Development Build and manage a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts —clients, interior designers, builders, and referral partners. Conduct in-home consultations, present design solutions, and guide clients to confident decisions. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals. Close sales with confidence and professionalism. Self-generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads per month through prospecting, referrals, and networking. Follow up on all company-provided leads within 24 hours. Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets —60% close rate and $10,000 average order value. Project Management & Client Experience Serve as the single point of contact from signed contract through completed installation. Coordinate with production and installation teams on timelines, scheduling, and scope. Communicate proactively with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-installation walk-throughs and resolve any open items. Maintainaccurate records in Pipedrive CRM. What We Are Looking For Required 3-5 years of B2C or B2B sales experience —luxury goods, interior design, home furnishings, or a related field strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through close and post-sale follow-through. Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional presence appropriate for luxury client environments. Strong organizational skills —able to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping details. The emotional intelligence and professional maturity to thrive in a high-touch, client-facing role with real accountability. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits. Preferred Experience in window treatments, drapery, or specialty interior products.
