As a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering a highly personalized, proactive service experience for individuals and families with complex insurance needs. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of complex personal lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner. Deliver an elevated, concierge-level service experience; responsive, thoughtful, and detail-driven. Oversee the full client lifecycle, including quoting, placement, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. Conduct proactive coverage reviews, identifying gaps and recommending tailored solutions across multiple lines. Partner closely with carriers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for clients. Support and advocate for clients during claims, especially in critical or time-sensitive situations. Identify opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen client relationships. Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of service excellence. What Sets You Apart 5+ years of Personal Lines experience in an independent agency setting. Experience handling complex or multi line personal insurance accounts. Strong understanding of coverage, underwriting, and carrier relationships. Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for client care. Industry designations (CIC, CISR, AAI) are a plus.
