Job Description

Autoneum North America, Inc. seeks a Sr. Account Manager in Farmington Hills, MI to serve as Senior Account Manager to drive sales growth and coordinate the commercial lifecycle of automotive acoustic and thermal management components. Provide strategic opportunity development, rigorous cost/price analysis, and seamless cross functional coordination with engineering and costing to ensure technical feasibility and profitability. Lead account opportunity development and customer due diligence for automotive acoustic and thermal management components. Coordinate with engineering and costing team to generate precise price quotations, including detailed tooling and pricing breakdowns for customer submission. Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle, including processing, entry, tracking, and invoicing in compliance with customer requirements. Provide direct and indirect support to ensure automotive components ordered by customers are fulfilled according to purchase orders given quality, cost, and timing. Participate in strategic acquisition activities for new and existing products, focusing on forecasting and capacity/footprint planning. Evaluate and revise award packages to align with long-term business growth objectives and technology offerings. Analyze customer-specific requirements to provide both direct and indirect support for seamless product delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional internal groups, including Engineering, NVH, Finance, Program Management, Purchasing and Manufacturing.
