Full Job Description Position Description:

The Rentals Sales position is responsible for gaining and maintaining client accounts for our Equipment Rental division. This includes in person site visits, as well as follow up calls and cold calls to potential prospects in the Metro Detroit area. A company vehicle is provided to use for the sales calls to prospective clients. This position works closely with our Rental Coordinator to transition rental contracts off to the in house team to handle and facilitate, so that focus remains on growing and building a solid customer base for repeat business. www.concordequipment.com - www.concordrents.co

Essential Position Responsibilities:

Customer Aquisition Customer Retention and Follow Up Cold Calls to prospective clients using lists and online searches/directories Working closely with the Rental Coordinator to execute on client rentals, passing off communication but ensuring any needed information is relayed appropriately.

Qualifications:

Experience using Salesforce is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management skills Very organized and disciplined
