Full Job Description Position Summary:
(This position is not hybrid or remote) The Client Relationship Assistant is a member of the Administrative Team and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. This position supports clients, relationship managers, and firm personnel through client communications, workflow coordination, technology utilization, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with administrative requests and document collection. Coordinate client communications and follow-up activities. Schedule meetings and manage calendars. Process tax returns and client delivery workflows. Maintain client records and electronic files. Monitor deadlines and workflow tasks. Support firm projects and process improvements. Assist with office operations and Administrative Team responsibilities. Utilize Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, Canopy, and other firm technologies.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and dependable. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Willingness to learn and use new technology. Professional services experience preferred.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a team-oriented individual who enjoys helping clients, embraces technology, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service. The successful candidate will be an active member of our Administrative Team and help support our concierge-style approach to client relationships. Pay range is $20-$25 based on experience and skills.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
