Lead key growth and account management initiatives in assigned product lines & customer basisSupport the development & execution of specific customer strategies in support of, and in collaboration with regional, global sales strategies and goalsEstablish & grow solid relationships with key customers including purchasing, engineering, and other relevant functionsSupport tech shows, technical presentations, and marketing efforts at OEM, Tier and internal customersBuild Lear internal relationships with key global engineering & commercial team membersTravel as required to customer plants, fabric plants, and other locationsSupport overall fabric organization through various reporting, system and other functions Advantages of working at Lear in the fabric group:

ACCOUNT MANAGER - FABRICSOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS
As a member of the automotive fabric team, the Account Manager will be responsible for key account management, new business pursuits, and customer support.The Role:

Your Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in engineering or business-related field10+ years of experience in automotive fabric for seating, overhead systems, and other applicationsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of basic finance elementsStrong technical acumenAbility to operate autonomously and proactivelyStrong team player & ability to manage global culturesBonus If You Have:
