Bloomington, Minnesota Position Type:
Full-Time/In- Person Position Overview We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Client Relationship Consultant to join our Bloomington office. This individual will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting our financial advisors and helping keep the office running smoothly. The Client Relationship Consultant will often be the first point of contact for clients, both over the phone and in the office. We are looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well, has a warm and professional personality, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping others. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients calling or visiting the Bloomington office. Develop strong relationships with clients. Maintain professional and timely communication with clients. Financial Advisor Support Assist financial advisors in preparing for upcoming client meetings. Organize client information, documents, and reports. Review upcoming appointments and help ensure advisors are prepared with the necessary information. Assist with documenting and coordinating follow-up items resulting from client meetings. Office Management Oversee day-to-day operation of the Bloomington office. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, vendors, and other general office needs. Prepare meeting rooms and common areas for client appointments and events. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal skills. Effective communication. Attention to detail. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general business technology. Previous experience in financial services preferred but not required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
