Job Overview:
The Account Manager who will play a key part in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, managing accounts, and addressing customer needs.Core Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. 2.Client Relationship Management:
Adhere to CRM workflows. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and escalations. 3.Sales Strategy:
Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, including competitive analysis and pricing strategies. 4.Product Knowledge:
Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's product offerings to effectively present them to clients. 5.Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of conveyor systems. 6.Market Intelligence:
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 7.Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. 8.Travel:
Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.Desired Skills and Attributes:
Experience in account management and sales, ideally in a technical or industrial field. Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to understand and meet client needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team . Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills for addressing client needs and managing sales. Proactive and driven attitude with a focus on delivering results.Preferred Experience & Education:
Sales Management Experience:
3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in business to business salesNegotiation & Networking Skills:
Expertise in negotiating deals and building lasting business relationships.Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills:
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.Educational Background:
A degree in business, sales, marketing, or finance is preferred.
