Job Description

The Rochester Grizzlies of the NA3HL are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Account Executive responsible for generating revenue through the sale of corporate partnerships, advertising, sponsorships, game-day promotions, premium experiences, and ticket packages. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, building lasting relationships with local businesses while creating innovative marketing solutions that help partners achieve their business goals. Success in this role requires a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, and becoming an active member of the Rochester business community.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and secure new corporate sponsorships and advertising partnerships. Maintain and grow existing partner relationships through exceptional customer service and regular communication. Sell game-night promotions, in-arena advertising, digital advertising, premium hospitality experiences, group outings, season tickets, and special event sponsorships. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, community events, and business development. Prepare customized sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to each prospective partner. Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Sell ticket packages, season tickets, group tickets, etc. to community members Assist in game night operations including sponsor fulfillment, customer service and various other game night duties We want to establish a long-term relationship with the new sales team member, and will reward the successful candidate with bonuses as the sales revenue increase. Qualifications High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field), or equivalent professional experience. Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in sports, advertising, media, or business-to-business sales. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business opportunities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability/willingness to work weekends (Friday & Saturday home game nights) Why Join the Rochester Grizzlies?
