Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Rental associate to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of sales management, customer service, and inventory control. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and staff. As a Rental Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing rental inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities You will have to clean 10 to 20 cars a day on the inside and outside. You will have to be able to either open, close, or work weekends. You must be able to do 2 of the 3. You will have to make reservations for customers as well as handle or be able to confidently de-escalate situations and pass them off to someone who can handle it. Achieve sales targets and operational goals. As well as acquiring new business partnerships and long term customers. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and availability of rental items. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships. Maintain organized records of rentals, sales transactions, and customer interactions. Negotiate terms with clients to maximize rental agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies. Work well with others and be a good team player. You will have to work at multiple locations so reliable transportation is required. If you wish to work at only one location it may be looked at as an option if all parties agree to it. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales management is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) for administrative functions. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage customers effectively. Background in inventory management or control is sought after. A solid understanding of retail math principles is beneficial for analyzing sales data. Administrative experience that includes data entry and record keeping is essential.
