Job Description

Overview SunExits is a fast-growing company that manages high-volume client transactions requiring speed, persistence, and attention to detail . We are hiring a Deal Flow Coordinator to manage active client files from contract to completion. This role is responsible for getting agreements signed, collecting required documentation, and coordinating with partner law firms to ensure deals move efficiently. This is not a passive administrative role. It is a high-output position where consistent follow-up and organization directly impact results. Key Responsibilities Send client agreements promptly (target: within 2 hours of deal close) Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email to obtain signed contracts Collect and organize required client documentation (agreements, account details, etc.) Manage 25-40+ active files simultaneously Communicate and coordinate with partner law firms and third parties Track deal progress and activity within CRM (GoHighLevel) Identify stalled files and re-engage clients to move deals forward Work closely with the sales team to finalize incomplete or partially closed deals Preferred Experience Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in: Automotive dealerships (F&I, finance, or sales support) Timeshare or vacation ownership Extended car warranty companies Debt settlement or credit repair Mortgage processing or loan coordination High-volume call centers (sales or retention) Roofing, solar, or home improvement environments Candidates from these industries typically succeed quickly in this role. Qualifications Experience managing multiple active clients, deals, or files simultaneously Strong follow-up skills and persistence Comfortable communicating with clients and third parties by phone and email Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability Ability to prioritize and operate in a fast-paced environment CRM experience preferred Compensation $25 to $35 per hour total compensation (base + performance) Compensation structure could include performance incentives Top performers have the opportunity to exceed this range Work Environment Fast-paced, high-volume workflow Performance-driven team Clear expectations around speed, follow-through, and accountability Application Requirements (Required) To be considered, please include brief responses to the following: How many active deals, clients, or files were you managing at one time in your previous role?
